No Hope In Trump; No Hope In DC
Published: Thursday, April 27, 2017  Chuck Baldwin: The Pros and Cons of Voting for Rand Paul | Opinion ...
At this point, people who are still holding out hope that Donald Trump is going to drain the swamp and save America are delusional. In less than 100 days, Trump has taken America to the precipice of World War III. He has filled his administration with Goldman Sachs banksters, CFR globalists, New World Order Zionists, and warmongers. Trump refuses to prosecute Hillary Clinton for egregious crimes against our country, but he is vowing to prosecute Julian Assange, a man whose “crime” is publishing the truth he receives from whistleblowers about the criminal conduct of the U.S. government. Plus, Assange isn’t even an American. He is an Australian. What jurisdictional authority does President Trump have to arrest and prosecute a citizen of another country who has committed no crime in the United States? None! And if all of that is not bad enough, Donald Trump killed more innocent men, women, and children last month than Syria, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and China combined.

See this report:

And this one:

Law Of War? Civilian Deaths In US Strikes In Syria, Iraq Soar Under Trump

No, Donald Trump is not going to drain the swamp; he has completely immersed himself and his administration in the swamp–just like every President of recent memory before him. And every 100 days of his administration from this day forward will only reconfirm this obvious reality.

At some point, the people who thought that Donald Trump was an outsider and “anti-establishment”–and the ones who continue to sacrifice their principles defending him in the forlorn hope that they are going to ride his coattails to glory–will be forced to awaken to the stark reality that either Donald Trump was totally disingenuous from the beginning or he has already capitulated to the swamp creatures ensconced in Washington, D.C. Either way, there is absolutely no hope in Donald Trump. And neither is there any hope in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C., is totally and thoroughly corrupt. It is run by bloodthirsty, conscienceless subhumans who will stop at nothing until they bring Armageddon upon the entire world. DC is nothing more than a coven of perverted, putrid, parasitic, pathetic, pompous, pretentious, prideful, pathological purveyors of global pestilence.

How long will freedom-loving Americans continue to believe the empty promises of phony politicians? How long will they continue living in the fantasy that somehow Washington, D.C., is going to see the error of its ways, repent, and return the nation to constitutional government? How long will they continue to look the other way while the swamp creatures in Washington, D.C., corrupt the minds and hearts of their children in these institutions of propaganda called public schools? How long will they continue to allow the swamp creatures in Washington, D.C., and their bottom-feeding serpent buddies at the Federal Reserve and on Wall Street demolish sound money principles and destroy a free market economic system? How long, folks? How long?

Donald Trump is finishing what G.W. Bush began. Bush forever destroyed the influence of genuine Christian patriotism in this country with his phony brand of warmongering Christianity. Now, Trump is forever destroying the influence of the Tea Party/Patriot movements in this country with his phony brand of warmongering/Police-State-building “nationalism.”

The truth is, Trump started drowning in the swamp even before he was inaugurated. Most of the people in his administration could have been picked by ANY of the other neocon Republican presidential candidates. Right now, Washington, D.C.’s neocon warmongers are gushing all over Donald Trump.

On the Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends,” Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) recently said that on foreign policy “I am like the happiest dude in America right now. We’ve got a president and a national security team that I have been dreaming of. . . . I am all in. Keep it up, Donald.”

Ladies and gentlemen, please understand that the single issue that defines a neocon (i.e., Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Paul Ryan, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, G.W. Bush) and a neolib (i.e., Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Harry Reid) is foreign policy. To the swamp creatures in Washington, D.C., everything is defined by foreign policy. Everything! These are beasts of prey. They feed on the blood and carcasses of the dead. They are enriched by war; they crave war; they promote war; they create war.

Donald Trump ran on the coattails of Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul. Most of what Trump trumpeted (no pun intended) was proclaimed and popularized by Buchanan and Paul. They failed to win the White House. Trump succeeded. Do you really think Pat or Ron would have filled their administrations with globalists, billionaires, international bankers, and CFR members? Do you really think Pat or Ron would have turned control of the White House over to two ultra-liberal globalist Zionists such as Jared and Ivanka Kushner? Do you really think Pat or Ron would have launched 59 Tomahawk missiles on a sovereign nation without our country being attacked or consent from Congress? Do you really think Pat or Ron would take America to the precipice of World War III before finishing their first 100 days in office? Hell no!

Donald Trump ran on Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul’s platform of constitutional populism, but he didn’t really believe it. Like G.W. Bush betrayed the Christians who elected him, Donald Trump has betrayed the constitutionalists who elected him. And this time the fallout will be fatal–especially if, as it appears, Trump takes America into another war–or even nuclear war.

No one will ever believe the campaign rhetoric of constitutionalism and populism again. Trump has poisoned the pot. The Democrat Party is plunging further and further into radicalism, extremism, and socialism. But four years from now, people will embrace the radical leftist agenda of the Democrats over the phony constitutionalist agenda of Donald Trump. Then, watch out! Katy bar the door!

Face it: G.W. Bush gave us Barack Obama, and Donald Trump may give us…the antichrist.

From this point onward, freedomists need to “get religion.” I mean they need a revelation. They need to come to the disconcerting decision that there is NO HOPE in Washington, D.C.

There is only one course of action for freedomists: secession. The only other alternative is slavery.

And people need to understand that the spirit of secession is sweeping the globe. Currently, there are 42 separatist movements underway in Africa; 68 in Asia; 107 in Europe; 16 in North America; 18 in Oceania; and 9 in South America. That’s a total of 260 active separatist movements going on RIGHT NOW.

During the past few years, secession movements among states of the United States include Alaska (2006, 2017); California (2010, 2015 – 2017); Florida (2015); Georgia (2009); Hawaii (2011, 2017); Montana (2008); New Hampshire (2012, 2017); Oregon (2016); South Carolina (2010); Texas (late 1990s, 2009, 2017) and Vermont (2003, 2005 – 2007, 2017). This does not include the secession movement currently underway among the Lakota Indians in Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.

The answer has NEVER rested in Washington, D.C. It has always been a fatal mistake for people to expect an answer from Washington, D.C. The answer has always rested with “We the People.” Always! History proves that the bigger central governments become, the more tyrannical they become.

And the fact is, the United States is much too large and too populous to maintain liberty. Increasing population has taken government further and further away from the People. Politically speaking, the only thing that has thwarted Washington, D.C.’s total takeover of the states is the Electoral College system. But a rancid public education system, a cowardly pulpit, a corrupt news media, and runaway political correctness have brought liberty to the brink of destruction. Only the states can recapture the spirit of liberty–ONLY THE STATES! But which states is the sixty-four million dollar question. (My money’s on the Rocky Mountain states–which is one of many reasons why I was led to move here.)

At this moment, there doesn’t appear to be a single State with the understanding to recognize that a complete separation from the swamp creatures in Washington, D.C., is the only way to preserve liberty. YET! The swamp creatures have been bribing the states with federal tax dollars for the better part of a century. Many individuals have been living on the dole of the swamp creatures for much of their lives. Patriotic men and women who served in the U.S. armed forces find it difficult to believe that the Constitution that they took an oath to protect and defend doesn’t exist in Washington, D.C. But ladies and gentlemen, never mistake the love of liberty with devotion to government. They are NOT the same thing.

Remember these words? “That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends [liberty], it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government. . . .” That’s from our Declaration of Independence, of course.

The Pat Buchanan Brigade, the Ron Paul Tea Party Revolution, God-fearing libertarians (there is NO liberty without God), and anti-war third parties need to start preparing NOW to elect State governors, legislators, attorney generals, mayors, councilmen, commissioners, sheriffs, etc., that love liberty enough to be willing to separate from the swamp creatures in Washington, D.C., that are swallowing us all alive.

Donald Trump is not going to save us. The Congress in DC is not going to save us. The Supreme Court is not going to save us. The Republican Party is not going to save us. The ONLY remedy we have is the same one that our Founding Fathers had: separation from a carnivorous, insatiable central government that is eating our liberties like a lion devours lambs.

If we start NOW, there still might be time. But trusting Donald Trump and Washington, D.C., for the next four years is a recipe for ruin.

P.S. As most readers know, after I began promoting Michael Hoffman’s outstanding book, “Judaism’s Strange Gods,” the supply quickly sold out. I am happy to report that we have just received a new shipment of this phenomenal book, and it is available for purchase NOW.

President Trump to Speak at NRA Annual Convention

Aside of my bashing Trump for some of the things he has been doing militarily and regarding Obozocare, he has been a friend of the Second Amendment.  Thank you for that!  Now how about supporting the GOA (Gun Owners of America), a much more politically astute organization than the NRA who have become too entrenched.

From breitbart.com dated 4/15/2017 by AWR Hawkins entitled, “Donald Trump to Be First President Since Reagan to Speak at NRA Annual Meetings“:

President Donald Trump will be the first President to speak at the NRA Annual Meetings since Ronald Reagan did it in 1983.

He will speak to the NRA’s 2017 Leadership Forum in Atlanta on April 28.

Breitbart News reported that the NRA endorsed Trump on May 20, 2016, during the 2016 Annual Meetings in Louisville, Kentucky. Thereafter, the NRA campaigned for Trump, and Trump reminded voters again and again that he would work with the NRA to save the Second Amendment if elected.

Trump will now return to speak to the gun rights group that cheered him to victory last year. Bloomberg reports that this will make him “the first U.S. president to address the gun-rights group since Ronald Reagan in 1983.”

Trump’s speech to the NRA will occur two months to the day after he signed a repeal of Barack Obama’s Social Security gun ban which would have allowed the Social Security Administration to strip beneficiaries of the Second Amendment rights without due process. The speech also comes nearly two months after his Interior Secretary, Ryan Zinke, ended an Obama-era ban against using lead ammunition on federal lands.

On April 13, 2017, Breitbart News reported that the Trump administration has been quietly rolling back other Obama-era gun controls behind the scenes. McClatchy reported that federal agencies have “narrowed the definition of ‘fugitive,’” thereby limiting the number of people prohibited from gun possession because they are included in a fugitive database. Trump “officials have also signaled that they may no longer defend the Army Corps of Engineers’ ban on carrying loaded firearms and ammunition on federal lands.”

Trump’s greatest pro-Second Amendment accomplishment was nominating Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court and securing his confirmation. Trump had promised to use SCOTUS to save the Second Amendment from “people like Hillary Clinton,” and Gorsuch is widely viewed as a fulfillment of that promise.

Ann Ravel, Former Chair of Federal Election Commission Effectively Says Shut Down First Amendment

We the People have the First Amendment, end of discussion TURD Ravel.  Go unRavel your brain.

That aside, who is the main stream media?  Progressives, Leftists, et. al.  So yeah, good Idea TURD Ravel, lets shut down the social media people.  Lets do away with ‘unauthorized’ comments re: articles (which seems to be in the works.)  And finally shut down breitbart.com, et. al.  DOH obvious agenda TURD Ravel.  And you were a former Chair of the FEC?  My gawd!  Drain the swamp!

From breitbart.com dated 4/13/2017 by Lucas Nolan entitled, “Former FEC Chairwoman Suggests Regulating Political Speech on Social Media“:   <video with original article>

Former chairwoman of the Federal Election Commission Ann Ravel recently spoke at an event at UC Berkeley titled “Future of Democracy” where she discussed the possible need for regulating political speech and ads on social media.

Ravel, who has previously called for regulation of political websites such as The Drudge Report, stated that without regulation of the internet and digital platforms, the role of the FEC will essentially become obsolete as the FEC focuses mainly on TV and radio content.

“We know that there’s a lot of campaigning that’s moved to the internet, whether it’s through fake news or just outright advertising and there is almost no regulation of this, very little. And so that the disclosure that we expect as to who is behind campaigns is not going to exist soon,” said Ravel at the Berkeley law school. “Some people are even predicting that by 2020 most of the advertising is going to move from television to the internet, and and I think this is a serious issue that requires a lot of discussion.”

Ravel claimed that the use of Facebook and other social media platforms by political campaigns is a problem. “I’ve talked to a lot of campaign consultants and they buy some groups in Holland or in Russia who figure out who the target audience might be and then they go through circuitous mechanisms to put ads or fake news or whatever it is on Facebook.”

“Facebook doesn’t have any real knowledge about who it is that’s behind those ads, so I think this is a really serious issue that we need to address,” claimed Ravel.

Trump, Syria, Goals, and Unconstitutional Actions

Pat lists all the parties involved and their goals visa vie Syria:  “For ISIS, it is the dream of a caliphate. For al-Qaida, it is about driving the Crusaders out of the Dar al Islam. For the Turks, it is, as always, about the Kurds.  For Assad, this war is about his survival and that of his regime. For Putin, it is about Russia remaining a great power and not losing its last naval base in the Med. For Iran, this is about preserving a land bridge to its Shiite ally Hezbollah. For Hezbollah it is about not being cut off from the Shiite world and isolated in Lebanon.”

And our goal??  <crickets>  WTF are you thinking Trump!

Pat Buchanan Compares Kim Davis' Anti-Gay Crusade to His Fight Against ...

From bucanan.org dated 4/10/2017 by Patrick J. Buchanan entitled, “Is Trump Enlisting in the War Party?“:

By firing off five dozen Tomahawk missiles at a military airfield, our “America First” president may have plunged us into another Middle East war that his countrymen do not want to fight.

Thus far Bashar Assad seems unintimidated. Brushing off the strikes, he has defiantly gone back to bombing the rebels from the same Shayrat air base that the U.S. missiles hit.

Trump “will not stop here,” warned U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley on Sunday. “If he needs to do more, he will.”

If Trump fails to back up Haley’s threat, the hawks now cheering him on will begin deriding him as “Donald Obama.”

But if he throbs to the war drums of John McCain, Lindsey Graham and Marco Rubio and orders Syria’s air force destroyed, we could be at war not only with ISIS and al-Qaida, but with Syria, Russia, Iran and Hezbollah.

A Syrian war would consume Trump’s presidency.

Are we ready for that? How would we win such a war without raising a large army and sending it back into the Middle East?

Another problem: Trump’s missile attack was unconstitutional. Assad had not attacked or threatened us, and Congress, which alone has the power to authorize war on Syria, has never done so.

Indeed, Congress denied President Obama that specific authority in 2013.

What was Trump thinking? Here was his strategic rational:

“When you kill innocent children, innocent babies — babies, little babies — with a chemical gas … that crosses many, many lines, beyond a red line. … And I will tell you, that attack on children yesterday had a big impact on me … my attitude toward Syria and Assad has changed very much.”

Two days later, Trump was still emoting: “Beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack. No child of God should ever suffer such horror.”

Now, that gas attack was an atrocity, a war crime, and pictures of its tiny victims are heart-rending. But 400,000 people have died in Syria’s civil war, among them thousands of children and infants.

Have they been killed by Assad’s forces? Surely, but also by U.S., Russian, Israeli and Turkish planes and drones — and by Kurds, Iranians, Hezbollah, al-Qaida, ISIS, U.S.-backed rebels and Shiite militia.

Assad is battling insurgents and jihadists who would slaughter his Alawite brethren and the Christians in Syria just as those Copts were massacred in Egypt on Palm Sunday. Why is Assad more responsible for all the deaths in Syria than those fighting to overthrow and kill him?

Are we certain Assad personally ordered a gas attack on civilians?

For it makes no sense. Why would Assad, who is winning the war and had been told America was no longer demanding his removal, order a nerve gas attack on children, certain to ignite America’s rage, for no military gain?

Like the gas attack in 2013, this has the marks of a false flag operation to stampede America into Syria’s civil war.

And as in most wars, the first shots fired receive the loudest cheers. But if the president has thrown in with the neocons and War Party, and we are plunging back into the Mideast maelstrom, Trump should know that many of those who helped to nominate and elect him — to keep us out of unnecessary wars — may not be standing by him.

We have no vital national interest in Syria’s civil war. It is those doing the fighting who have causes they deem worth dying for.

For ISIS, it is the dream of a caliphate.

For Hezbollah it is about not being cut off from the Shiite world and isolated in Lebanon.

Because all have vital interests in Syria, all have invested more blood in this conflict than have we. And they are not going to give up their gains or goals in Syria and yield to the Americans without a fight.

And if we go to war in Syria, what would we be fighting for?

A New World Order? Democracy? Separation of mosque and state? Diversity? Free speech for Muslim heretics? LGBT rights?

In 2013, a great national coalition came together to compel Congress to deny Barack Obama authority to take us to war in Syria.

We are back at that barricade. An after-Easter battle is shaping up in Congress on the same issue: Is the president authorized to take us into war against Assad and his allies inside Syria?

If, after Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Yemen, we do not want America in yet another Mideast war, the time to stop it is before the War Party has us already in it. That time is now.

You are guilty whether you do or you don’t

The court can tell you what you have to state that you believe in  order to be released?!  Regardless of your actual belief’s.  Are we going back to the middle ages where you tie a rock to a ‘witch’, throw her in the river and if she survives she’s a ‘witch’?!  Otherwise, not?  The Constitution trashing judicial system.  Better wake up America!

In a case with major implications for free speech and due process, an appeal by Doreen Hendrickson, a mother jailed last year on “contempt of court” charges for refusing a federal court order to perjure herself, was officially denied.

The court claimed that it did not have to rule on the illegality or unconstitutionality of the court order that was supposedly violated, or on whether it was appropriate for the trial court to instruct the jury not to consider the legality of the demands.

If the ruling is allowed to stand, observers and legal experts warned of potentially devastating consequences to the rule of law, due process of law, judicial integrity, freedom of speech, and all of Americans’ constitutionally protected rights.

Basically, the government could force anyone to say anything, under oath, critics of the ruling observed.

The attorney representing Hendrickson, Mark Cedrone, even compared the government’s efforts to force his client to say what the government wants to Islamic Shariah law demanding the affirmation of Allah.

The panel of the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati that upheld the lower-court ruling did not cite Islamic law.

Instead, it relied on an obscure legal theory to justify its decision to avoid ruling on what experts say are the key issues.

Developed by the courts themselves to justify judicial power, the rarely used doctrine is known as “collateral bar.”

In essence, the doctrine purports to allow court orders to stand and is aimed at ensuring that courts’ effective authority is upheld.

However, the Supreme Court has ruled that transparently invalid orders are not shielded from review by the collateral bar doctrine, something the family and its supporters say the appellate court refused to recognize.

Nonetheless, reliance on that doctrine is how the three-judge panel, in ruling to uphold Hendrickson’s conviction for contempt, was able to side-step the real issue in the case: whether violating a court order to commit perjury, or any other crime, in defiance of the most well-established constitutional protections, is a valid reason to jail somebody.

The lower court claimed that, “it is not a defense to the crime of contempt that the court order that the defendant is accused of violating was unlawful or unconstitutional.”

The defense was hoping to see that order overturned.

Indeed, critics of the ruling have been quick to point out that the actual U.S. statute defining criminal contempt, 18 U.S.C. Sec. 401(3), makes clear that it only applies to lawful orders. It refers to “disobedience or resistance to its lawful writ, process, order, rule, decree, or command.” (emphasis added)

With its controversial ruling, though, the appellate court panel upheld the unprecedented doctrine that courts can essentially issue any lawless or even unconstitutional order, and expect it to be obeyed without question, regardless of its validity.

Experts and observers warned of potentially far-reaching consequences for all Americans if the new doctrine is allowed to stand.

Hendrickson speaks from prison

In an exclusive statement provided to WND from federal prison, Hendrickson, a mother of two, slammed the justice system and highlighted the implications of allowing the rulings to stand.

“Not only I, but the Founders as well, have been betrayed by both the Department of Justice and the courts,” she said. “Natural rights, such as those of free thoughts and words, are sacred and inviolable, but these two branches of our government have trampled on my natural rights in nefarious pursuit of financial and political goals.”

While Hendrickson is scheduled for release in less than six months, if she continues refusing to commit perjury as demanded by the court order, she will be ordered back to prison.

But she has not lost hope. “While the worst of the punishment imposed on me for having the audacity to exercise my rights is nearing its end, it’s important to me to continue efforts to have this conviction overturned,” she explained.

“Honestly, at this point in my life, I couldn’t care less about having the tag ‘felon’,” she added. “But I’m frightened for my kids and, by extension, the rest of America.”

“When I was surrounded by assault rifles, arrested and taken away in June 2013, I never in a million years would have thought a federal judge would allow a trial to proceed on a contempt charge that was brought simply as a result of me exercising my First Amendment right to free speech,” Hendrickson continued. “But that’s just what happened.

“First, me,” she said. “Next, who?” Possibly you, she warned.

“Thus far, the DoJ attorneys, the District Court and the 6th Circuit appeal panel have defied innumerable Supreme Court rulings that the right to free speech shall not be abridged,” Hendrickson continued, referring to the countless times the Supreme Court has upheld the First Amendment-protected right to speak, or not speak, freely.

“The en banc 6th Circuit has the opportunity to correct the lower courts,” she concluded. “For all our sakes, I hope they don’t fail to take it.”

Commit perjury, or go to jail

As WND reported in February, the Hendrickson case surrounds the 2002 and 2003 tax returns filed by Hendrickson and her husband.

Five years later, a federal court and the federal government ordered Hendrickson to sign a revised form under penalty of perjury — a form that she believed to be inaccurate.

Because signing something one believes to be false under oath is a serious crime, the mother initially refused to comply.

Eventually, she obeyed the order to avoid punishment, but noted that the sworn statement was being compelled by authorities and was made under duress.

Because of that decision, she has been sitting behind bars for “contempt of court” for over a year.

Hendrickson was never even accused by the government of tax evasion or filing false tax returns, much less convicted of such crimes by a jury.

Her sole “crime” was to refuse to sign, under penalty of perjury, a declaration that she believed to be untrue, which would have itself been a serious criminal act punishable by law.

Both Hendrickson and her husband, Peter, however, along with their supporters across America, believe that the real reason the courts and the federal government have gone to such lengths in this case is a book he wrote.

Basically, they argue that the government hopes to suppress arguments made by Mr. Hendrickson in his book “Cracking the Code – The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America.”

WND has not read the book or independently verified its arguments, but it reportedly argues that the federal government has been overcharging most Americans on their taxes using deceptive practices.

The federal government sought to suppress the book, unsuccessfully, in court.

When that failed, the Hendrickson family and its supporters argue, authorities decided to go after the family and attempt to force Mrs. Hendrickson to swear falsely under oath that she believes what the government says.

Critics have slammed the proceedings as a sham.

Some observers have even called for criminal charges against those involved in the legal assault.

Brian Wright, a longtime liberty activist who attended Hendrickson’s original trial, was so moved by the “travesty” he observed in the trial that he decided to write a book, “The Motor City Witchcraft Trial(s),” outlining alleged abuses behind the case.

He told WND that all of the officials involved in the “crime of suborning Doreen’s perjury” should be indicted, convicted and imprisoned for their “heinous act of violence.”

Implications for free speech and due process

The family and its growing numbers of supporters across America, more than a dozen of whom have contacted WND about the case, warned that if the government can compel speech and perjury in the Hendrickson case, it can do it in any case.

The rule of law, as well as key constitutionally protected rights enshrined in the first, fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments, are all under threat.

That should terrify everyone, observers said.

Journalist and documentary maker Shane Trejo was so moved by what he perceived as the injustice in the case that he created a video to showcase it and spread awareness.

“Seeing the Soviet-style show trial first hand was a real eye opener for me,” Trejo told WND. “It showed that these judges and prosecutors will do anything to protect their federal gravy train — even if it means destroying the life of an innocent woman.”

“The rule of law is officially dead in what was formerly the land of the free,” he added.

Pete Hendrickson’s “Lost Horizons” newsletter, which has kept supporters of the family updated on the case, also outlined some of the implications.

“If the state gets away with dictating Doreen’s testimony in this case, it will soon be dictating the testimony and ‘admissions’ of anyone it chooses to target for property-seizure, compelled waiver of rights or simple punishment,” the report said, urging people to take action.

“If the damning ‘testimony’ is not made, trial for ‘contempt’ follows, and the unlawfulness of the order will be off the table for the jury, just as in Doreen’s trials,” it continued. “The only thing that will matter is that the false testimony was not made as commanded.”

“This ploy will be used to control testimony about others, or concerning matters of public policy, also,” the newsletter argued. “And the public will never know.”

The report also noted that authorities wanted to cover up even the fact that they had compelled Doreen Hendrickson to perjure herself, by refusing to allow her to note that the statements were made under duress.

“One feature of Doreen’s case was that she was ordered not only to swear she believes what she does not, but to conceal the fact that what she said was not her own testimony, and that she was forced to say it,” the newsletter added.

It concluded: “The potential for evil here is unprecedented.”

Husband speaks out on targeting

In a recent interview with WND, Pete Hendrickson, Doreen’s husband, outlined what he said were some of the implications of allowing the rulings to stand.

Among other key concerns, Pete Hendrickson said the legal foundation has now been established for the government to compel anyone and everyone to say under oath what the government wants them to say in court – even in contests with the government.

“No tyrant could hope for a better tool than what is being made judicial precedent in Cincinnati in the case of United States v. Doreen Hendrickson,” he told WND. “The case should be re-titled United States v. America.”

The decision by the appellate panel “pretends that some arcane judicial doctrine [collateral bar] legitimizes its turning a blind eye to the fact that what’s being done to my wife by the lower courts and the DOJ is illegal,” he continued.

“The panel pretends that this doctrine somehow works to allow enforcement of court orders which are expressly forbidden by the Constitution,” Pete Hendrickson said. “This is a transparently false.”

Not only are the orders given to Doreen Hendrickson simply “not authorized.” “They are specifically prohibited,” he said, noting that the government cannot command people to say and swear to believe what it wishes.

Such orders “cannot be lawfully made, not even by some ‘interpretation’ or ‘construction’ of the Constitution,” Hendrickson said, citing the First Amendment and countless Supreme Court rulings.

In short, he argued that the “corrupt” appellate panel started with the knowledge that the orders are illegal, and it does not even try to excuse them or argue that they could be anything but illegal.

“But rather than do its duty in light of that knowledge, and declare the orders void and have Doreen instantly released, the panel struggles to construct a rationale for its refusal to do so,” he said, arguing that the goal was to preserve his wife’s conviction “at all costs.”

Pete Hendrickson said the reasons for the illegal orders and the effort to let the conviction stand are obvious.

The government hopes, he argued, that the “abuse” of his wife will deter others from investigating what he called the “misapplication of the income tax over the past 75 years” by the a “swollen and arrogant Leviathan state.”

He also said that the “vile crime” was committed by the government even while it admits the accuracy of his arguments by routinely approving tax refunds to those who have studied his work. Countless people have posted pictures of their successful filings and refunds on the Internet, he and his supporters point out.

“But even the tax issue and the effort to hide information from the American people that motivates this judicial corruption pales in the face of the limitless mischief to which this panel decision opens the door,” Pete Hendrickson said. “While the tax issue is huge, the proposition that people can be forced to make testimonial declarations dictated by the government –and even in legal contests with the government itself – should be scaring the pants off every person in the country.”

Pointing to the Founders, he highlighted the fact that they enshrined the prohibition on infringements against freedom of speech in the very first amendment to the U.S. Constitution — something required before the states even agreed to ratify it.

“Anyone with even a rudimentary imagination can readily grasp how this power will be used to circumvent every right and utterly destroy all remaining limits on state power,” he said.

“And this will be accomplished without dissent,” Pete Hendrickson concluded. “Dissenters will be ordered to declare the opposite of what they really believe, just as was Doreen, or thrown into prison for refusing to do so, just as was Doreen.”

The implications for freedom are enormous.

Shariah-style forced speech?

Doreen Hendrickson’s attorney was surprised that the appeals court panel upheld the lower court’s decision to punish a person for refusing to commit perjury in the face of a judicial order.

“I can’t help but believe that Doreen Hendrickson is being penalized for the content of her speech,” Cedrone, the defense lawyer, told WND.

“The matter here is simple,” he said. “Mrs. Hendrickson has been punished simply for refusing to say that which she indisputably disbelieves.”

“The court of appeals has affirmed her conviction for politely disobeying an order requiring her to state under oath that her earnings are subject to the income tax, a proposition with which she disagrees,” Cedrone continued.

“In certain countries where Shariah law controls, if one disavows Allah as god, they are subject to death,” he said. “In the United States if one refuses to agree and declare under oath that all earnings are subject to the income tax, they go to jail.”

“One might suggest the comparison is melodramatic, but is it really?”

The entire case, he said, “represents a shameful abuse of public authority.”

Options going forward

While Doreen Hendrickson is set to be released on September 4 if all goes according to plan, that is not the end of the story.

As a condition of her supervised post-incarceration release, authorities are still purporting to require that she commit perjury by claiming under oath to believe something she does not in fact believe.

The alternative, though, is being locked up again. For how long remains unclear, though it would be at least another 10 months.

With the March 11 decision by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to deny Hendrickson’s appeal, she is running out of options on the case.

One avenue being pursued is to have the full appeals court agree to rehear the case, en banc, and overrule the panel and the lower court.

A motion has already been filed requesting a re-hearing by the entire appellate court.

So far, it is not clear whether the full court will take on the case and overrule a panel of its own judges, but it is extremely rare for that to happen.

Another option, if that fails, could be the U.S. Supreme Court. However, the high court only agrees to hear a tiny fraction of the appeals that reach it, making it an exceedingly difficult and expensive alternative.

The family and its supporters, meanwhile, are working to raise public awareness about what they say is a grave injustice, in hopes of eventually securing justice somehow.

Mark Zukerberg, TURD

Zuckerberg is another one of those TURDs who think they can pontificate upon how we should be accepting of whatever the government or corporations throw at us, i.e., open immigration and destruction of our Fourth Amendment Rights, while holding themselves and their families to different standards.  F off Zucker!  TURD

Facebook Spent $16 Million on Armed Guards for Billionaire Progressive Mark Zuckerberg

Facebook has spent $16 million on armed security for billionaire progressive Mark Zuckerberg.

This means that even as Facebook was incrementally barring law-abiding citizens–including licensed gun dealers–from advertising firearm sales for self-defense, they were spending millions to keep Zuckerberg surrounded by hired guys carrying guns.

Facebook’s ban on the advertisement of gun sales has even led to the deletion of accounts on which the word “firearms” is included.

According to Quartz, Zuckerberg “famously takes $1 annual salary” from Facebook. However, Facebook “revealed that it spent more than $16 million over the past five years on private air travel and other aspects of Zuckerberg’s ‘overall security program.’”

The amount of money spent on Zuckerberg’s security was disclosed after the SEC pressed Facebook to explain whether “security expenses” were included in “Zuckerberg’s annual compensation package.”

The company, which had previously only disclosed travel costs, provided the SEC with security costs for Zuckerberg as well. “Facebook had previously claimed that it didn’t have to report Zuckerberg’s security costs because the measures weren’t put in place for his convenience, so they didn’t fall under rules governing the disclosure of executive perks.”

Zuckerberg’s number two–chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg–spent $1.25 million on security last year.

Breitbart News reported that private citizens were banned from advertising gun sales on Facebook on January 29.

Hopefully Glenn Beck Rides His White Jackass Into The Sunset

Having been raised LDS, I have heard the ‘White Horse Prophecy’ since childhood yet the so-called ‘White Horse Prophecy’ is based on accounts that have not been substantiated by historical research and is certainly NOT embraced as Church doctrine by the existing leadership.  Beck, by spouting his tripe, is going against the Church leadership and is also NOT doing Ted Cruz any favors.

Ted, for God’s sake, get this madman, Glenn Beck, to stop campaigning for you.  Beck has alienated far more voters than he has brought over to your campaign.

To those Mormons who insist on listening to Beck I would admonish you to research what your Church leadership is counseling, not the false doctrine a loose canon is expounding.  Certainly support the Constitution and yes it teeters precariously but it has for years, there is no guarantee that NWO Cruz will ‘save it’ and Trump won’t, and it will not be “saved” by holding a ConCon, which is promoted by way too many of you.  Do not follow this mad man Beck into his self-styled world of insanity.

From thegatewaypundit.com by Jim Hoft dated 03/21/2016 entitled, “Glenn Beck Bashes Christians for Voting Trump: “Evangelicals Have Not Been Listening to Their God“.

“Utah has an incredible opportunity. So many Christians have been standing up. But all throughout the South the Evangelicals are not listening to their God. Let us raise a standard in Utah.”

Beck is a total fraud.  Follow his admonition at your own peril.

Glenn Beck, TURD … but we already knew that.
